You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may upload or clone only your own voice or a voice for which you have clear authorization. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and other rights, and must not impersonate or deceive others.

NSFW content is strictly prohibited. You must not use the service to create, upload, transform, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit audio or text, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or other adult sexual content.

Content involving sexual exploitation, minors, non-consensual sexual material, intimate deepfakes, harassment, threats, fraud, illegal activity, hateful abuse, or instructions facilitating serious harm is also prohibited. We may block content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected illegal activity when appropriate.

Credit packs are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and payment-provider terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and safety. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, risk to users or the service, chargebacks, fraud, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
