When you use voice-generation features, text prompts, reference audio, generated audio, and related settings may be processed to provide the requested service.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, process payments, maintain credit balances, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. Authentication, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
